Description:
As previously announced in December, there was a security vulnerability in Cisco AsyncOS software (CVE-2025-20393). For security reasons, we had to temporarily disable external access to the spam quarantine.

Cisco has now released a secure version of the software. We will implement this on our anti-spam appliances next Wednesday as part of a scheduled update. We will then reactivate external access to the spam quarantine for all customers.

Impacts:
The anti-spam quarantine will be unavailable during maintenance work. This will not affect the sending and receiving of emails.
